Tour the historic landmark, acclaimed for its unusual architecture and household devices, invented before their time. Hike along 85 miles of private trails  or simply wander through wooded terrain dotted with waterfalls, lakes and trout ponds. In these natural habitats, wildlife flourishes. In fact, your luck might find you face-to-face with a deer, moose, free-range turkey or perhaps a bear!

Nature programs for children and adults presented by the Squam Lakes Science Center, the Loon Center, and the N.H. Audubon Society, 1:30 pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in July and August. A different program each week! Enjoy a light lunch or picnics to go!
